Terms and Conditions for Event Ticket Booking
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for the Event – Let’s Talk Birth 2024 organised by 27 Web Management. By purchasing Tickets for the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Booking Process: Tickets can be purchased online through our official website, authorised ticketing platforms, or designated ticket outlets. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Only individuals who are students or NHS staff are eligible to purchase discounted tickets (Student, NHS). Valid identification must be presented upon arrival at the event. Failure to provide identification will result in being charged the additional amount to match the corporate price.
Ticket Availability: Ticket availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until the booking process is completed. We reserve the right to limit the number of Tickets per person or transaction.
Pricing: Ticket prices are as advertised and include any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges. Prices are subject to change at our discretion, but changes will not affect Tickets already purchased.
Payment: We accept payment by credit/debit card, paypal, or other methods as specified during the booking process. Payment processing fees may apply.
Refunds and Cancellations: All Ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued except in the event of cancellation of the Event. Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe and are subject to a processing fee.
Resale and Transfer: Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the express permission of the Event Organiser. Any unauthorised resale or transfer of Tickets may result in cancellation and refusal of entry.
Entry and Admission: Admission to the Event is subject to presentation of a valid Ticket, which may be in printed or electronic format. Admission may be denied if Tickets are damaged, altered, or counterfeit.
Event Activity and Speaker Changes or Cancellations: In the event of changes in speaker or activities, we will make notifications on the website and there will be no refunds.
Liability and Disclaimers: Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at the Event, except where prohibited by law.
Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all Event rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee violating these rules.
Intellectual Recording, Audio, Filming and photographs: By attending the Event, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used for promotional purposes.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or labour disputes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By purchasing Tickets for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and any additional rules or regulations provided by the Event Organiser.
27 Web Management reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
